

Train Your Lacrosse skills at PRO 3:5 Sports Academy
Our lacrosse training is designed for players of all skill levels and positions, from beginners to experienced athletes. Participants will build a strong foundation in skills such as passing, catching, shooting, and defense. Additionally, players will enhance their lacrosse IQ, improving their overall game awareness and decision-making.
Summer Lacrosse Camp
- Monday through Friday
- Catching, Throwing, Scooping, Picking Ground balls
- Fundamental and advanced stick skills
- Offensive and Defensive Game Concepts
- Skill Competitions and Game Situations
- Fun and engaging drills and stations for constant active learning and training
- 5 Days
- Drop off 1:30pm – Pick up at 5:30pm – if you need childcare in the morning, we have the morning camp add-on to join our regular all sports camp for dodgeball, soccer, basketball and all kinds of fun games and activities.
- $275 for the week (afternoon add on All Sports Camp $20 per day to drop off at 8:30am)
