Welcome to the highly anticipated PRO 3:5 Sports 4-on-4 Girls league for 3rd-6th graders!

The ultimate 4-on-4 Girls Basketball league designed for girls who love to play hard, compete fiercely, and have fun!

Whether you’re a beginner looking to learn or a seasoned athlete ready to lead your team, our league is the perfect place to grow on and off the court.

Divisions for Different Skill Levels where all have fun and grow:

    • Basic Instructional: Haven’t played basketball before? We will start with the basic fundamentals and rules to make sure your daughter is brought into the sport the right way!

    • Experienced Player: Your daughter has played before and has some experience, but now it is time to improve those skills!

Fall Season runs for 6 weeks (November 1 – December 20)

Practices Thursday nights

Games Saturday mornings

Optional training on Tuesdays for a cost of $10/Player

$100 – Early Bird Registration Fee – Ends October 15th

$120 – Normal Registration Fee – Ends October 31st

Optional Group Training Sessions: PRO 3:5 will offer skills training every Tuesday evening during the season. The first session will be free with future sessions for $10 per session. Sessions will be divided into Basic Instructional and Experienced skill levels.

Included with registration fee: Team jerseys, trained referees, awards, league champions.

We are seeking volunteer coaches whom we will train to develop and run practices along with game coaching techniques.  They will be well equipped to help players develop skills and enjoy the game.

Why 4-on-4?: 4 on 4 allows for more touches than the traditional 5 on 5 game, kids improve faster getting more touches and being more involved in the game! (and PRO 3:5’s current location is a smaller court making 4-on-4 a better fit for the current facility – the new facility in January will have bigger courts)

– This league is being led by Matt Raydo the Executive Director of Raydo Basketball Lab (RBL) a local AAU competitive youth basketball program. Matt has built a strong name for himself in the basketball ranks having played at The University of Maryland and developing youth players across the Triangle.
