We understand schedules can change unexpectedly. To ensure fairness and efficient planning for all participants, we have established the following cancellation policy:
- Cancellation Notification:
- Parents, guardians, or participants must notify us of any cancellations at least 36 hours in advance of the scheduled camp, lesson, space rental, or birthday party.
- Notifications should be made via email or phone call.
- Cancellations made at least 36 hours in advance may receive a credit for future use.
- Credits will only be given toward the activity originally purchased.
- Cancellations made less than 36 hours in advance will not be eligible for any credit for future use or any type of refund.
- There are no exceptions to this policy.
- No-Show Policy:
- Failure to notify us of a cancellation and not attending the scheduled camp, lesson, space rental, or birthday party without prior notice will be considered a “no-show”.
- No-shows are not eligible for any type of refund or credit.
- Rescheduling:
- If you need to reschedule a camp date, lesson, space rental, or birthday, please notify us at least 36 hours in advance and we will do our best to accommodate your request, depending on availability.
- Space Rentals:
- Rentals of the turf, basketball court, or batting cages must be paid for at the time of reservation and will follow the same policies stated above.
- Policy Changes:
- Our cancellation policy is subject to change without prior notice.
- Any updates or modifications to the policy will be updated on the PRO 3:5 website.
