Rep It & Run It league series bridges the gap between training and games giving players the chance to develop skills and immediately apply them in various ways including small sided games like 3v3 and 4v4.
This league is Raydo Basketball Lab (RBL) coach-led training and game reps for boys ages 8–12, split into two divisions so every player is working at the right pace. Recreation players build their fundamentals; Competitive players sharpen their skills.

Why This Beats a Typical Rec League
Coached by paid RBL coaches, not a parent volunteer.
Every session is led by a trained, paid RBL coach — not a parent volunteer who may or may not be suited to coach 8- to 12-year-olds. Our coaches know the game and know how to teach it to this age group.
More playing, less talking.
We believe kids develop faster when they’re moving, not standing in line listening to a lecture. Our teaching approach:
- Instruct briefly through discussion or demonstration
- Let the kids play — in a variety of formats
- Stop play with “Freeze” and “Recreate,” then talk through exactly what just happened
- Ask players questions about their decisions instead of just telling them what they did wrong
Built for development, not just games.
Rather than jumping straight into formal 5v5 rec-style games, every practice sets aside dedicated time to teach specific skills (Rep It) and apply them right away in small-sided games (Run It).
Train it. Run it. Dominate the court this fall!
