Front Desk Specialist
PRO 3:5 Sports Academy is looking for dependable, organized, and personable Front Desk Specialists to help oversee evening and weekend operations at our indoor sports facility. This role includes welcoming customers, managing check ins and payments, preparing spaces for rentals and events, assisting with equipment and facility needs, and helping maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment.
Previous customer service, front desk, or cash register experience is preferred. Experience using facility management, scheduling, or payment processing software is a strong plus, as this role involves navigating our facility management system and handling customer payments and registrations. Candidates should be comfortable learning new software, working independently, multitasking, and interacting with athletes, families, coaches, and rental groups.
Evening and weekend availability is required. We are looking to hire 2–3 team members to provide coverage across our available shifts.
