What's included in the base price?
Every PROActive Games event includes: a dedicated Event Manager from planning through execution, custom event design aligned to your company goals, branded reception and break areas, structured game rotations, a Decathlon finale, an awards ceremony and recognition moment, a basic drink and snack package, and the option to incorporate meetings, speakers, or strategy sessions.
What add-ons are available?
You can enhance your event with: professional photography and a highlight video, catered lunch (we handle ordering, delivery, and serving), and breakout sessions for strategy meetings or intimate team building. Preferred catering partners include City BBQ, Honey Baked Ham, Salt & Lime, and Kaplan Catering.
Can we incorporate our own speakers, presentations, or working sessions?
Yes — both packages are designed to accommodate external content. The full-day Pinnacle Package specifically builds in time for breakout sessions, with natural transition points for speakers, presentations, or working meetings. Your Event Manager will create a seamless flow between game play and your business content.
Can the event be branded with our company's logo and colors?
Yes. Branded reception and break areas are included as a standard feature in every package. Your Event Manager will work with you on specific branding elements to make the day feel like a natural extension of your company identity.
Is this accessible for employees with mobility limitations or disabilities?
All activities are designed to be appropriate for all physical ability levels — ensuring everyone participates and contributes regardless of fitness level. For specific ADA accommodations or mobility needs, please discuss with your Event Manager during planning so we can make sure your entire team is set up for a great experience.
What should employees wear and bring?
Comfortable business casual wear or athleisure is recommended — sneakers and clothes you can move in. No special equipment or gear is required. Drinks and snacks are provided, and your Event Manager will communicate any other specifics before the event.

The Decathlon is the signature finale of every PROActive Games event — a high-energy, multi-challenge competition that raises the stakes and brings everything together. It’s designed to peak the group’s energy, drive teamwork and collaboration to its highest point, and create the kind of shared memory your team will talk about long after the event ends. It serves as the emotional anchor of the day.
How large of a group can you accommodate?
The facility’s size and flexible layout make it adaptable for a range of configurations and groups of 100 or more.
How far in advance do we need to book?
