Our training sessions are creative and geared toward maintaining a fun yet challenging and competitive atmosphere. We understand athletes need to be pushed to their limits, but they must enjoy what they are doing if they are to truly benefit from it. Fun Functional Youth Sports Performance Training

Ages 7 to 13+

Build your Athlete’s foundational strength, speed, quickness, agility and athleticism.

For all sports, this class builds the fundamental athletic base that will help improve the Athlete’s skills exponentially.

$25 Individual classes / Register for 8 classes @ $175 (2 classes per week)
